We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Training will be provided. As a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant, you will classify, record and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records. There will also be additional administrative assistant duties associated with this position. Additional responsibilities for the Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant include: Processing invoices for payments Maintaining employee records Five years’ experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports. Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation. QuickBooks Experience Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook Resilient - able to deal with work related problems, pressure and stress in a professional, positive manner Results driven - assumes personal responsibility to achieve outcomes and work effectively with little direction Billing experience highly preferred An effective communicator - able to listen well, articulate clearly, develop rapport with others and share information that will improve overall work progress Oversee all business insurance. Price shop all insurances. Job Requirements As a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant, you must have basic mathematical aptitude. You must also be highly organized,multi-tasker and communicative, as others will rely on the accuracy of your information to make key decisions. We are also seeking someone with a diverse background in software. Must have high energy and upbeat, pleasant persona.
