In your role as an Account Specialist, you’ll collaborate with sales teams, manage field tickets, and support upgrades across subscriptions and equipment. Key Responsibilities Support assigned accounts with field ticket coordination and data collection Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries Promote upgrades to subscriptions and equipment Use Salesforce and Cloudcore to manage account activity Secure digital signatures for field services Collaborate with management to address service issues and opportunities Qualifications/Requirements High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) 1–2 years in telecom or customer service experience Strong communication, multitasking, and remote collaboration skills Valid driver’s license with clean record This is a remote U.S. role—ideal for someone proactive, focused, and ready to grow with a company that’s transforming how enterprise technology works.
