For publishers, we power white-labeled e-commerce shops with on-site checkout for readers. We’ve helped over 1,000 publishers monetize with commerce, including Mashable, NY Post, TMZ, MarketWatch, and more. What you'll do: StackSocial / StackCommerce is looking for a versatile and skilled individual to join our team, combining the roles of Coordinator, Jr. Copywriter, and Quality Assurance Coordinator into one dynamic role- Production Coordinator. This multifaceted role requires a passionate, detail-oriented, self-motivated, candidate who possesses strong communication. Key responsibilities and desired skills include: Production Coordination - Manage data entry for products and promotions within our ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Copywriting - Create original content for various digital and physical products, aligning with our brand voice, publishers' network voices, and our style guide. Creativity, attention to detail, and reliability are crucial. Creative Collaboration - Work closely with the Creative and Marketing Team to produce original designs. Time Management and Feedback Reception - Efficiently manage your time to handle high-volume requests and be open to feedback, with the ability to modify and revise designs within the QA process. Quality Assurance(QA) - Oversee the quality of products and promotions, ensuring they meet our high standards and contribute to a seamless user experience. Must have/be able to handle: Promotion Buildout : Can handle building, testing, launching, and managing consumer-facing deals. Responsibilities include data entry, quality assurance, product research, + crafting successful promotions. Optimization : Strive to make each promotion and the website experience clear, concise, and efficient while adhering to brand and copy guidelines. Redemption Test: Test the redemption process for digital and educational sales to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience for customers. Detail Orientation: Accurately enter all sale details, ensure product pages are error-free and ready for purchase, and consider all factors to achieve the best outcomes. Communication : Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, reporting to managers, and liaising with merchants or sales reps. Feedback and Revision : Be receptive to feedback, able to modify/revise designs within the QA process, and manage clean design files and folder structures. Website Content Maintenance : Actively maintain website content to best represent brands and products, including design aesthetics, product info, and images. Asset Collection and Data Entry: Responsible for collecting assets and entering data from merchants, managing over 100 sales in the queue with daily additions. Can Multitask : Efficiently manage a large volume of sales, pushing older sales to production while adding new sales daily. Nice to have (but not required)/potentially can learn: Design Experience: Work on original designs, be adaptable to different design approaches, and manage high-volume requests in coordination with the Production Manager Design and Illustration: Create compelling designs and illustrations for sales pages from concept to delivery, with superior layout skills and attention to detail. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in a multifaceted environment, combining meticulous attention to detail, creative design skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Hours: Hours are in Pacific Standard Time (PST) - this is a requirement Schedule: M- F, 9am-5pm (PST)
