YouTube Watch Time Retention Strategist

Hi, I run Aathmik Yoga, an established yoga/wellness brand and YouTube channel with around 3.67K subscribers and 800+ videos. I’m also a yoga therapist and author of Yoga Beyond Exercise, and YouTube is not just a standalone channel for me — it is an important part of building my overall brand, yoga therapy work, teaching, book, and business.

My immediate goal is to monetize the YouTube channel before December 2026. I currently have around 906 valid public watch hours in the last 365 days, so my main challenge is long-form watch time, not subscribers.

Because I already have 800+ videos, I don't want to simply keep producing more content. I want to use my existing library strategically and build a sustainable audience.

- Guidance on Shorts to support long-form watch hour growth
- Determining optimal topics/content formats to prioritize or phase out
- A growth plan focused on increasing organic long-form watch hours sustainably
- Integrating YouTube workflows into the larger Aathmik Yoga brand ecosystem - including expanding visibility for my yoga therapy work and book—Yoga Beyond Exercise.

I'm seeking freelancers who are knowledgeable about audience behavior, retention strategies, analytics-driven planning—not just SEO keyword strategies.
