Classic Personal Bio Website

I need a small, elegant personal site that focuses solely on my 个人简介. A single portrait photo of me must be integrated into the layout, and the overall look should feel 经典传统—think clean serif typography, balanced whitespace and a muted, resume-style colour palette rather than flashy effects.

Scope
• One responsive page that introduces me in Chinese, displays my photo prominently and offers simple contact links.
• Code written in clean HTML5/CSS3; light JavaScript only if truly necessary. I’m open to a lightweight CMS, but a well-commented static build is equally acceptable.
• The layout should be future-proof so I can add sections for work experience and a portfolio later without starting from scratch.

Deliverables
1. Fully coded, cross-browser-tested page.
2. Source files (HTML, CSS, any assets).
3. Brief update guide showing where to swap text or replace the photo.

Acceptance criteria
– Loads in under 3 s on a 4G connection.
