* Explain eligibility requirements for each feature
* Make sure payment/revenue settings are properly connected and working
* Guide me through the complete YouTube Studio → Earn → AdSense → Payments system

Final Requirement

I want the entire payment + subscription + monetization technical side properly configured and ready for receiving revenue.

After completion, I need a screen-recorded handover video/document explaining:

* Where every setting is
* How to change it later
* How payouts work
* How to troubleshoot common payment issues
* What I need to maintain to avoid monetization/payment problems
