WordPress Website With Forum Integration

I’d like a clean, responsive website built on whichever stack gives the best balance of speed, security, and future flexibility—either a modern WordPress setup or a hand-coded HTML/CSS front end. The site will host our main content pages and seamlessly link to a dedicated discussion area powered by phpBB or a comparable, more advanced forum platform.

Core expectations
• Custom design that reflects our brand (desktop & mobile)
• Fully configured forum installed on a sub-directory or sub-domain, skinned to match the main site
• Clear navigation between the site and forum so visitors feel they are on one cohesive property
• Basic on-page SEO, SSL configuration, and any essential plugins/extensions needed for performance and security

Please deliver the complete, ready-to-launch files/database or a live staging link so I can review before sign-off.
