I’m ready to launch a concise four-page website whose sole focus is to present clear, well-structured informational content. While I already know the sites that inspire the look and user experience I’m after, I don’t yet have a formal style guide, so you’ll be shaping both the visual identity and the build itself.

Here’s the flow I have in mind. First, we translate my reference links into low-fidelity wireframes, agree on a simple palette and typography, then move straight into high-fidelity mock-ups. Once approved, you’ll develop the responsive site and hand it over fully tested, performance-optimised and ready to deploy. Feel free to suggest the stack—whether that’s WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight static setup—so long as updates remain easy for a non-technical editor.

Key deliverables
• Four responsive pages (likely Home, About, Information Hub, Contact)
• Custom design files (Figma or similar) plus exported assets
• Clean, well-commented code or platform build, fully mobile-friendly
• Basic on-page SEO and speed tuning
• Handover guide so I can maintain text and images myself

Acceptance criteria
• Visually aligned with my provided inspiration sites
• Scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop
• All links, forms and interactive elements tested and functional
• Final site matches approved mock-ups pixel-for-pixel across major browsers

If you’re comfortable owning both creative direction and technical execution on a project of this scale, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timelines.
