Word Docs to Canva Posters

I have four finished Microsoft Word files that I want turned into four print-ready posters inside Canva, each at the final size of 24 × 36 inches. When I import the documents myself Canva alters the margins and overall layout, so I need someone who knows the platform well enough to rebuild each page so everything sits exactly where it does in Word.

The look I’m after is deliberately minimalist; nothing should be added or taken away. All images and text already appear in the Word files, and I want them reproduced as supplied—same photography, same copy, same typeface. Please keep the original font family that comes across from Word (I’ll confirm the name once we open the files). Also restore (closely but doesn't have to be perfectly) the same spacing between bulleted paragraphs that appears in MS Word if Canva collapses it. Same for the tables.

Here’s how I see the workflow:

• I share the four Word documents plus edit access to my new Canva account.
• You create one Canva design per poster at 24 × 36 in, fix the margins and spacing, and align every element to match the source.
• Once I approve each design in Canva, you export high-resolution PDF/X or print-ready PDFs and return the Canva share links as well.

Everything needs to be wrapped up no later than 22 September 2026 so I can forward the files to my print vendor.
