Recreate Existing Trifold Brochure 1:1 in Affinity

I am looking for a graphic designer to recreate an existing 6-panel trifold brochure layout 1:1 in Affinity Publisher or Affinity Designer.

I will provide:

the existing brochure/layout as visual reference
logo
photos
texts
QR code
brand colors

The task is not to redesign the brochure. The goal is to reproduce the existing layout as accurately as possible in a fully editable Affinity file.

Requirements:

1:1 visual recreation
editable text
editable images/image frames
editable shapes and colors
clean layer structure
correct A4 trifold dimensions
print-ready CMYK setup with bleed
final file in .afpub and/or .afdesign

Deliverables:

editable Affinity source file
print-ready PDF
packaged assets/fonts if required

Please only apply if you are experienced with Affinity Publisher / Affinity Designer and can recreate layouts accurately from a reference.
