Wix Website Developer Required – Vehicle Inspection Business in Scotland
Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Wix website developer/designer to create a professional, modern and SEO-focused website for our vehicle inspection business.

We provide independent pre-purchase vehicle inspections throughout Scotland, giving buyers peace of mind before purchasing a vehicle.

Our inspectors travel throughout Scotland to inspect:

Cars
Vans
Motorhomes
Motorcycles
Agricultural tractors
Agricultural machinery

The website will be aimed at people who are considering purchasing a vehicle and want an independent inspection carried out before committing to the purchase.

IMPORTANT – WIX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The website must be built entirely in Wix, using the Wix CMS and Dynamic Pages where appropriate.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in:

Dynamic Location Pages

A major part of this project will be creating location-specific pages covering Scotland.

We want to be able to create and manage pages for different Scottish areas through the Wix CMS rather than manually designing every individual page.

For example, the website may eventually contain pages targeting areas such as:

Each location page needs to have its own SEO-friendly URL, page title, meta description and relevant content.

Wix supports unique dynamic URLs and SEO settings for individual CMS items, which is why we specifically want the site structured this way.

Dynamic Vehicle Type Pages

We also require dedicated pages for the different types of vehicles we inspect.

These should include, as a minimum:

Again, these should be structured using the Wix CMS/Dynamic Pages wherever appropriate.

We are not simply looking for someone to make the website look attractive. We want the website built from the beginning with Google search visibility and local SEO in mind.

The website must be built in Wix.

The location and vehicle pages should be properly structured using Wix CMS/Dynamic Pages, rather than creating hundreds of manually duplicated static pages.

Wix's CMS allows a single dynamic page design to generate individual URLs from collection items, making it suitable for this type of scalable location and service structure.

We are looking for a developer who can also advise us on the best SEO architecture, rather than simply following a specification.

There is potential for ongoing work after the initial website build, including adding new locations, vehicle categories, SEO content and further website development.

If you have previously built a successful vehicle inspection or similar automotive website in Wix, please make this clear in your proposal.

If you propose to use another web app to develop, then that isnt suitable for us, its only WIX.
