Windows Order Status Entry Tool

Every afternoon I log dozens of order updates and I need a small Windows desktop program that lets me do it quickly and without distractions. The core requirement is a clean data-entry form: fields for order number, customer name, current status, date/time (auto-stamped is fine), and an open notes box. Once the record is saved it should be written to a lightweight local store—SQLite or a simple embedded database is perfect—so I can review or export the data later.

I do not need reporting dashboards or sign-in screens at this stage; the entire focus is on fast, reliable entry. A single-window WinForms or WPF build in C#, Electron with a local store, or any comparable Windows-only framework works for me as long as it installs with minimal fuss.

Acceptance criteria
• Executable installer that runs on Windows 10/11
• Intuitive data-entry form matching the fields above
• Local persistence (no cloud) with the ability to export to CSV
• Source code supplied so I can extend the project later
