20260907 D19 D20 SolidWorks Drawing Revisions & Missing Pins

I have an unfinished SolidWorks drawing that needs a quick round of clean-up so I can move on to production. The current model requires:

*Part P1-D19*
• P1-D19-1. Base frame strengthening: add 8 U profile 50x50x50x3 mm cold-formed steel section and reduce center height to 3mm to strengthen current frame
• P1-D19-2. Add plate: with Duraplas Logo with clamps to hold it in place
• P1-D19-3. change eyebolts: dimensions and change beta pin by split pin
• P1-D19-4. Center & Add holes of 18mm each side on the 8 tubes on flange
• P1-D19-5 Add reinforcement 20x20x2 tubes x4 on 8 tubes
• P1-D19-6 Add reinforcement plate

Part P1-D20
do the same changes as on Part P1-D19 above plus:
• P1-D20-7 Round plate +chanfer as D19

Part P4-D20
• P4-D20-1 replace new eyebolts increase space to max 244
• P4-D20-2 place tubes correctly
• P4-D20-3 reduce flange 70 to 50mm
• P4-D20-4 adjust 8 wearing and flange not to stick out in shell & add tapperer pin trough the holes & add holder to fix pin
• P4-D20-5 check if top sheet can be removed andd adjust if needed

Part P5-D20
• P5-D20-1 adjust bush & review pin holder :replace big flat by 2 small flat & clip pinto hold pin handle
• P5-D20-2 add bush pin& pin holder for manhole
• P5-D20-3 center 4 handles
• P5-D20-4 tube with nut for vent tube holder
• P5-D20-5 add lid pin (tapered)& holder.png
• P5-D20-6 add 4 hooks
Center & Add holes of 18mm each side on the 8 tubes on flange as other flanges

You’ll receive the existing SLDPRT and SLDASM files along with the original reference sketches and the missing screenshot for changes . Please update the geometry, rebuild the assembly error-free, and return the revised SolidWorks files plus a PDF drawing set for easy review.

Timeline: ASAP — I’d like to approve the final files within the week if feasible.
