WIX Members Portal Development

I want to make a member's portal on my WIX websites, no design required or work except the development of the CMS and the backend.

The project is for taking Artists applications in 3 phases:
P1: Public page for all to provide basic details 10 fields (Already in place)
P2: After email invitation, applicants would receive login credentials (Same email and a generated password) land to another to fill 15 fields (Where will upload attachments, portfolio for assesment)
P3: When accepted, they will be invited again to login to website and find extended fields were not shown before, to fill some contracting agreements and around 25 fields

The website is complete, and the flow is blueprint is available.
Here's all requirements crystal clear:

- CMS as per your proposal, but I the user to find all details listed in his profile, and admins to find those details in one place for assessment and evaluation. (I aim for one CMS even if coding required, if not within your offer clarify )
- Fields will be sent to 3 pages, but collected under one identifier (User email)
- Email is collected form the first public page submission, and user account will be generated to be sent by email after a time delay
- Displayed fields need to be in the Arabic and the English website, and user submitting in any language won't find any trouble
- All 50 fields are ready and all displayed fields too in both language with full instructions, AI co-generated and manually edited later
- No design work is required, just make the fields tidy and fine, thematic things are not required by you, just arrange the layout of the fields as per the other pages and common sense

We can discuss the details and aim for the benefit of the user experience and operationality, eventually, collect the 50 fields in 3 phases, make the user read them in his Members Area pages, and let Admin find his submissions in one place for evaluation
