Project overview:
We're looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor/consultant to update and manage the Wikipedia presence of Monks, a global digital agency . The work covers both the English-language page and creating/updating versions in additional languages.

Scope of work:

Audit the current English Wikipedia article for accuracy, neutrality, sourcing, and notability.
Update content: rebranding, recent acquisitions/mergers, current leadership, verifiable figures and milestones.
Manage the conflict of interest (COI) process with Wikipedia editors — no direct/undisclosed editing.
Source and verify independent, secondary references to support all changes.
Create or update equivalent Wikipedia pages in Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese, coordinating with native-language editors where required.
Provide post-publication monitoring (vandalism, reversions, unauthorized edits).

Deliverables:

Initial diagnostic report on the current page(s) status.
Log of proposed/approved changes per language.
Monthly status report.

Requirements:

Proven experience with corporate Wikipedia editing and COI disclosure processes.
Experience creating multilingual Wikipedia pages or a network of native-language editors.
Ability to provide references/portfolio of similar past work.

What we need from you:

Your editing process and COI approach.
Estimated hours for the English page update.
Hourly rate (or pricing model) — including pricing for the additional language versions.
Estimated timeline for full project completion.

Budget/engagement: Hourly billing preferred; open to proposals.
