Hi! I’m looking to hire someone immediately to help promote my son, Keagan, who is currently competing in the 2026 Youth Athlete of the Year competition.

We have only 6 days remaining in this round, and supporters are allowed to vote every day, so I need someone who can treat this like a short, aggressive social media campaign rather than a one-time promotion.

Our goal is to get Keagan in front of as many real people as possible, drive them to his official competition page, get them to vote, and then encourage them to come back and vote again each day for the remainder of the round.

I’m looking for help with:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and other relevant social platforms
Reels, Stories, posts, short-form videos, and shareable graphics
Outreach to influencers, sports pages, soccer pages, parenting pages, local Texas pages, and community accounts
Legitimate DM outreach where appropriate
Getting large pages or influencers to share Keagan’s campaign
Driving real visitors to the voting page
Building a daily reminder strategy so supporters vote again each day
Retargeting/re-engaging people who already interacted with the campaign
Creating urgency around the final 6 days
Tracking clicks, engagement, traffic, shares, outreach, and results

Official voting page:

https://athleteoftheyear.org/2026/keagan-9311

Keagan is a youth soccer player from Texas, so soccer fans, sports families, youth athletics, Texas communities, parents, coaches, athletes, and sports influencers would all be relevant audiences.

Important: Everything must be legitimate and comply with the competition rules. We do not want bots, fake accounts, automated voting, fake engagement, or anything that could risk disqualification.

When responding, please tell me:

What you can do specifically over the next 6 days
How you would get people to vote today and then return to vote daily
Which platforms you would focus on
What size audience or reach you believe you can generate
Whether you have influencer/page outreach capabilities
Whether you can create the social content as well
How you track clicks, engagement, and results
Examples of similar short-term campaigns you have promoted

I need someone who can start immediately and actively work the campaign every day for the next 6 days.

This is not a “make a few posts” job. I’m looking for someone who can help us create real momentum, consistent exposure, daily voting reminders, and as much legitimate reach as possible before the round closes.

The marketer should also expand outward from these into San Antonio/Texas parenting creators, youth-sports accounts, soccer trainers, soccer clubs, athlete pages, family creators, and community pages. The ask should be simple: share Keagan’s story, link to the official voting page, and remind followers that they can return and vote daily through the end of the round.

Track each account in a sheet with handle, follower count, contact method, date contacted, response, price/request, posted/not posted, link used, and results so you can tell which influencers actually generate traffic and votes.

It is acceptable to remind people that they can return and cast their free vote again when eligible.

# STRICTLY PROHIBITED

### 1. NO bots or automated voting

Do not use:

* Voting bots
* Scripts that automatically submit votes
* Automated browsers that cast votes
* Robotic voting systems
* Automated account creation
* Any software intended to generate votes

The official rules specifically state that bot activity and robotic or automated voting mechanisms are not accepted.

Fraudulent voting can result in associated IP addresses, email addresses and phone numbers being banned.

The competition may also take action against competitors whose entrants encouraged, solicited or knowingly participated in fraudulent voting.

### 2. NO fake voters or fake accounts

Do not create or obtain fake identities/accounts for the purpose of generating votes.

Every person voting should be a legitimate individual using the competition's approved voting process.

### 3. NO attempts to bypass the voting system

Do not attempt to:

* Circumvent the 24-hour free-vote limitation
* Manipulate cookies
* Rotate IP addresses to obtain additional free votes
* Use VPNs/proxies for vote manipulation
* Spoof identities
* Manipulate SMS/Facebook verification
* Tamper with the website or voting process

The operator reserves the right to block or disqualify individuals it determines are tampering with or undermining the voting process.

### 4. DO NOT purchase votes from third parties

Do not hire anyone who promises things such as:

* “1,000 guaranteed votes”
* “10,000 votes overnight”
* Bulk voting packages
* Automated voting services
* Vote farms
* Click farms that generate votes

We are paying marketers for **promotion and audience outreach**, not purchasing votes.

### 5. Joshua must NOT purchase donation votes for Keagan

This is extremely important.

Joshua entered Keagan into the competition.

Under the official rules, the entrant is prohibited from:

* Paying for donation votes for their own child
* Casting donation votes for their own child
* Using their own funds to purchase votes
* Using a personal payment method to purchase votes
* Using a business payment method to purchase votes
* Using business funds to purchase votes

Do **not** use Joshua's personal or business money to purchase donation votes for Keagan directly or indirectly.

### 6. Do not reimburse someone for buying votes

Do not give another person money and instruct them to use that money to purchase donation votes for Keagan.

Marketing funds should be for legitimate advertising, content creation, influencer promotion and outreach — **not funding votes**.

### 7. No misleading or deceptive promotion

Do not:

* Misrepresent Keagan's standing
* Pretend to represent the competition
* Imply Sports Illustrated, CBS, 3BRAND, Colossal or the Why Not You Foundation personally endorses Keagan
* Make fake claims
* Mislead people about how voting works
* Harass competing athletes or their families

All campaign messaging should be truthful.

### 8. No harassment or unsportsmanlike behavior

Do not attack, threaten, insult or harass:

* Other competitors
* Parents
* Voters
* Competition employees
* Influencers who decline to participate

The operator reserves broad authority to act against activity it considers unsportsmanlike, disruptive, threatening or harmful to the competition.

# IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

We are hiring you to:

**MARKET KEAGAN → REACH REAL PEOPLE → ASK THEM TO VISIT THE OFFICIAL SITE → LET THEM CHOOSE TO VOTE**

We are NOT hiring you to:

**GENERATE VOTES YOURSELF THROUGH AUTOMATION, FAKE ACCOUNTS OR MANIPULATION.**

Traffic, impressions, influencer outreach, shares and legitimate audience growth are the objective.

Every actual vote must go through the official competition voting system.

---

# APPROVED CORE MESSAGE

**Top 5 • 6 Days Left • Vote Daily**

Keagan is an 11-year-old Texas soccer player competing for 2026 Youth Athlete of the Year.

We are asking Texans, soccer families, athletes, parents and supporters to visit his official page and consider supporting him.

Official competition page:

https://athleteoftheyear.org/2026/keagan-9311

Supporters may cast a free vote according to the competition's official voting rules and may return when eligible for their next free vote.

# WHEN IN DOUBT

If a marketing tactic involves:

* Automated voting
* Fake users
* Circumventing voting limits
* Purchasing guaranteed votes
* Manipulating verification
* Joshua's money being used to buy votes

**DO NOT DO IT.**

If the tactic involves:

* Advertising
* Content
* Real influencers
* Social sharing
* Real audience outreach
* Real people visiting the official page
* Reminding legitimate supporters to return

That is the type of marketing campaign we are looking for.
