WhatsApp Business API Setup and Dashboard Development

I’m looking for an experienced developer to set up the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and develop a web-based WhatsApp API management dashboard.

The project should include:

**1. WhatsApp Cloud API Setup**

* Meta Business verification
* WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) setup
* Mobile number verification and connection
* API credentials and access-token configuration
* Webhook configuration
* WhatsApp message template setup

**2. Management Dashboard**
The dashboard should allow me to:

* View sent and received WhatsApp messages
* View message delivery/read/failed status
* Manage WhatsApp API configuration
* View/manage API tokens and credentials securely
* View WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number details
* View message templates and their status
* View WhatsApp messaging/usage information
* View Meta/WhatsApp billing and relevant usage information, where available through the API
* Monitor API/webhook status and errors
* Manage basic settings and configuration

**3. API Integration**
The dashboard/backend should provide a clean API that my existing WallX/CRM system can use to send WhatsApp messages.

I will manage the notification logic, triggers, and business workflows from my side. The developer is responsible for the WhatsApp API integration, dashboard, backend, webhooks, and related functionality.

The application should be secure, scalable, and properly documented. All Meta Business, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, API assets, and related accounts must remain under my ownership.
