WhatsApp API Bulk Messaging

I need to get a WhatsApp Business API account fully signed-up, verified, and wired into my system so I can trigger bulk message campaigns. The goal is to be able to push out large-scale sends that include interactive content—buttons and links inside each message—so recipients can act immediately without leaving WhatsApp.

Here’s what I expect by the end of the job:
• A live, approved WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or on-premise, whichever you judge faster to secure) connected to my verified Facebook Business Manager.
• Server-side integration scripted in either Node.js or Python that accepts a simple JSON payload and fans it out to multiple numbers simultaneously.
• A working template showcasing an interactive message with at least two buttons and a hyperlink, along with clear instructions on how I can register additional templates myself.
• Brief, step-by-step documentation covering account setup, environment variables, token refresh, rate limits, and how to scale sends safely.

A short screen-share or recorded demo proving that a bulk send reaches several test numbers will serve as final acceptance.
