Complete Architectural & Engineering Project Design

1. Architectural (House Design & Amenities)
- Full design for 4 distinct house variations on the standard 130 m² double-storey, 3-bed/2-bath footprint (plus limited allowance for a single-storey typology on select sites)
- Each unit type: kitchen, dining, living, solar PV geyser provision, individual septic/soakaway provision/level bridge access from the estate road
- Mono-pitched roof design with 1.5m overhangs (solar shading / rain management)
- Amenity centre design (clubhouse, pool)
- Security gatehouse design + small office space
- Full working/construction drawing set for each typology (not just concept)
- Site/estate layout coordination with civil and structural design

2. Civil Engineering
- Design of 1.1 km internal estate roads (paved)
- Site terracing / stepped retaining structure design for the 1:4 slope
- Storm water drainage system design (heavy-duty reinforced channels for tropical runoff/erosion control)
- Bulk civil infrastructure design across full 3.1 ha: deep borehole water filtration/storage system, bulk electrical tie-ins/transformers, perimeter security walling, central ICT distribution
- Site reticulation (water, power, ICT services to each unit)

3. Structural Engineering
- Seismic-resistant reinforced concrete structural design (site is near the active Mount Cameroon volcanic zone)
- Dynamic structural expansion jointing
- Stilt-supported foundation systems tied into bedrock (where applicable)
- Structural input on retaining structures (coordinated with civil)

4. Urban Planning
- Site layout / subdivision planning across the parcels (1 hectare parcel + possibility of extension to 2 hectare)
