Wellness Retreat Highlight Videography

On Saturday, September 12, Alura fit is hosting an intimate wellness retreat and anniversary celebration at a private farm just outside Guelph, Ontario (11 am – 5 pm). The day blends fitness and lifestyle moments—think dynamic outdoor workouts, Pilates in the meadow, time to sauna, a relaxed poolside lunch, creative games, and plenty of branded product touch-points.

I need a videographer who can translate that mix into a polished, vertical highlight reel with an energetic, upbeat feel. Your stylish eye is essential: candid interactions and refined beauty shots should flow seamlessly with the action sequences.

Core expectations
• Capture the atmosphere from start to finish, giving special focus to the outdoor workouts and the poolside lunch while weaving in other experiences for context.
• Deliver one finished, vertical reel (Reels/TikTok format, 30–60 seconds) that instantly conveys the retreat’s vibe, colour-graded and ready to post.
• Provide access to all raw footage so my in-house team can repurpose clips later.

You’ll need your own professional camera kit and the experience to shoot fast-moving fitness content without sacrificing aesthetic quality. Editing can be in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever lets you hit the energetic tone cleanly.
