Virtual Interviewer for running my cleaning business

All interviews will be held virtually—Zoom, Google Meet, or a comparable platform is fine as long as recordings and transcripts can be saved. After each session I expect a brief scorecard summarising the candidate’s technical know-how, attitude, and availability, along with your hiring recommendation. When several applicants appear equally strong, please flag the tie and outline next-step suggestions.
