Custom 3D House Number Plaque

Hello,
I have a reference photo of a house-number plaque that I’d like turned into a print-ready 3D model. The look needs to stay true to the photo while adding a distinctive, custom flair rather than a generic modern or classic template. I’ll supply exact length, width, height and thickness so the model drops straight into my slicer with no scaling required.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean, watertight STL that is immediately printable on an FDM machine (I use Creality K2 Plus).
• Geometry that respects the full set of dimensions I’ll send once the project begins.
• Proper face orientation, no non-manifold edges, and all text or decorative elements raised or recessed with clear, legible edges.
• Up to two quick revisions to fine-tune typography or minor design tweaks after I review your first draft in a 3D viewer.
Preferred tools are Fusion 360, Blender or SolidWorks—whichever you’re fastest in. As long as the STL checks out in Netfabb/PrusaSlicer, I’m happy.
Send over a brief note outlining your relevant 3D modeling experience and an example of a print-ready plaque or sign you’ve built before, and let’s get started.
Thx
