Website Design Overhaul

I’m planning a design overhaul of my existing website, with the main focus on rebuilding the content. We are a hotel but are moving towards bed and breakfast with a licensed bar. Breakfast and lunch. No dinner, no weddings. Function rooms available for hire. Afternoon teas that are pre booked. The current structure feels dated and doesn’t make the best use of screen space on desktop or mobile, so I want a fresh, modern arrangement that guides visitors smoothly through each page.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A new page structure and grid that is fully responsive and plays well with all major browsers.
• Clean, modular HTML/CSS (or the framework of your choice) so future edits remain straightforward.
• Handoff files or a staging link so I can review the changes before we push anything live.

Please share examples of similar layout revamps you’ve done and let me know which tools you prefer for prototyping and version control. I’m looking to start as soon as we lock in a freelancer.
