VA & Amazon Ads Manager for Book Sales (Commission Included)

I am looking to hire a VA to help me manage my wife's book business. We are currently running sponsored product ads, but I simply don't have the time to manage them.

Basically the goal of this position is to do one thing above all else; drive more sales. I’m starting fresh, so the work includes building out brand-new campaigns and breathing life into the ones already running.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• New Sponsored Products campaigns launched with tightly targeted keywords, compelling ad copy, and competitive bids (I have training on all of this, most of the work is done you just need to manage)
• Existing campaigns audited, reorganized, and optimized to lower ACoS while scaling profitable spend (again I have a framework of this)
• Ongoing tuning negative keyword pruning, bid adjustments, and A/B testing of creatives until the ads consistently generate sales at or below my target cost.
• Simple weekly reports from the Amazon Advertising Console so I can see spend, clicks, and sales at a glance.

You’ll have access to my KDP and Amazon Advertising accounts, plus historical data from the current campaigns. Experience is great, but not needed as I will train you to be successful.

Once sales come in we can also talk more about commissions, to put it simply, the more money you make, the more money you make.
