Job Description - WEBFLOW
=============================
Webflow Specialist
Req type - Part Time (as per need) [Remotely]
Req - Contract - 6 months
• Hiring a Webflow Specialist to independently execute website builds — from Figma handoff to a live, optimized, QA'd page.
• This is a hands-on execution role for someone already fluent in Webflow, not a role to learn the tool on the job.
• Owns responsive builds, CMS setup, integrations (CRM, GA4/GTM), technical SEO, and pre-launch QA.
• Best suited for someone who works independently and communicates proactively, with daily async updates as a core part of the job.
• Ideal candidate has 2+ years of verifiable Webflow production experience with live, shipped sites to show for it.
• Optimize site speed, assets, and technical SEO.
• Perform cross-browser and multi-device QA testing prior to launch.
• Conduct a post-launch handoff session with documentation guidelines.
• Design high-quality social media creatives across key digital platforms.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all touchpoints
Roles & responsibilities
==========================
• "Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive Webflow pages across all breakpoints.
• Build reusable components with clean, consistent class naming — no one-off styling.
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS, dynamic content, and interactions/animations.
• Configure forms, CRM integrations (Zoho/HubSpot), and tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels).
• Manage domains, sitemaps, and clean redirects.
• Optimize site speed, assets, and on-page technical SEO.
• Run cross-browser/device QA and submit a checklist before every launch.
• Conduct post-launch handoff with documentation for internal edits.
• Send a daily written status update (task, % done, screenshot/Loom, blockers) — a core deliverable.
• Flag blockers or delays the same day, not at the deadline.
