VueJS Frontend & Secure Middleware Upgrade

I want you to start by refreshing our Vue 3 landing pages and core Civora screens so they are responsive, mobile-first, and visually aligned with the latest Figma files. While doing that, keep Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind 3 utility classes tidy and reusable, and cover new components with unit and integration tests.

Once the UI is solid, move into the Python Flask middleware and tighten security. The priorities are:

• User sign-in with role-based access
• Secure API endpoints with data encryption in transit and at rest
• Activity logs and full audit trails for every critical action

All changes must remain fully compatible across modern browsers and meet basic WCAG accessibility rules. I track progress in Jira and review code through pull requests, so clear commit messages and concise documentation are expected.

Acceptance criteria:
– New landing pages load under 1 s on Lighthouse mobile test
– Jest/PyTest suites pass in CI with ≥90 % coverage for touched files
– Unauthenticated calls are blocked; authorised calls return correct scopes
– Audit log shows who did what, when, and from where
