AutoCAD Re-drafting / Manual Tracing of a 2-Story Residential Plan Set (PDF to DWG)

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to manually re-draft and trace a complete residential plan set from a scanned (raster) PDF into a fully editable and clean .DWG CAD file.
(Two-Storey Family Home).
Scope of Work:
You need to hubehu (as-is) trace the layouts provided in the PDF. This includes:
• Foundation Plan
• Main Level & Upper Level Floor Plans
• Exterior Elevations (Front, Rear, Left, Right)
• Roof Plan & Standard Details
• Electrical/Lighting Layout Layers
Requirements:
• All drafting must be done strictly in 1:1 scale with precise dimensions matching the PDF text callouts.
• Perfect layer management (separate layers for walls, windows, doors, text, dimensions, and electrical symbols).
• Standard and clean CAD formatting (No overlapping lines or messy blocks).
• Note: This is a pure drafting/replication task. No modifications or plan reversals are required at this stage.
Timeline: 3 to 4 Days.
