Project Description: Employment Verification Check

The objective of this project is to verify the applicant’s previous employment details through a physical site visit to the former employer.

The investigator is required to visit the previous employer’s premises and approach the HR Department or the relevant authorized representative to confirm the applicant’s employment details.

The verification should primarily confirm:

Applicant’s employment tenure (date of joining and date of leaving).

Applicant’s designation/title held during the employment.

Any other relevant employment details that the HR/authorized representative is willing to confirm.

The investigator should document the visit findings, including the name and designation of the person contacted, the method of verification, and any confirmation or refusal provided by the employer. Photographs of the company premises may also be obtained where permitted.
