I already have the full mechanical side of a new, cost-effective outdoor vending machine—frame, actuators, motors, sensors, the lot. What’s missing is the electronic heart: a sleek touchscreen interface, a reliable controller, and rock-solid QR-code payment processing.

Here’s what I need built and integrated:

• A capacitive touchscreen (preferred size 7-10 in) that looks premium outdoors, survives glare and light rain, and gives a smooth, intuitive flow from product selection to checkout.
• A central controller (Raspberry Pi, STM32, or a similarly capable board—open to your recommendation) that drives the existing motors and sensors, handles temperature monitoring, door locks, and any future add-ons.
• QR-code payment only: the screen should display a dynamic code, push the total to the payment gateway, and confirm success in under five seconds. No cash, no cards—just fast, friction-free scanning.
• Firmware and UI software that log every sale, upload data via Wi-Fi/4G, and let me adjust prices or promotions remotely.
• Outdoor reliability: ‑10 °C to 50 °C operating range, dust-resistant connectors, fail-safe recovery after power loss.
• Deliverables: full schematics, PCB Gerbers, BOM, compiled firmware, editable UI assets, and a brief bring-up guide so my team can assemble the prototype without guesswork.

I will provide STEP files of the enclosure, motor pinouts, and a test bench. The project is complete when the first prototype dispenses products consistently, processes payments every time, and survives a week of continuous cycling in my workshop.
