Custom Task Tracking airtable

I need a straightforward yet reliable task-tracking air table that lets me see, at a glance, where every assignment stands. The sheet must be designed specifically for task tracking (not full project management or a sales pipeline) and include the following built-in capabilities:

• Due dates so I can sort and filter upcoming deadlines
• Priority levels to flag what needs attention first
• Progress tracking to show what’s in progress, blocked, or done

I’m open to Google Sheets or Excel—whichever you feel will let you build these features quickly and keep maintenance simple.
