Vectorize Fiber-Optic Diagram

I’m providing the current global fiber-optic network illustration as a png file. Your task is to redraw it faithfully in Adobe Illustrator so every line weight, colour and label matches the original—no creative reinterpretation, just a clean, fully editable vector reconstruction.

Once the base map is identical, please:

• Add the two new routes I will supply after award, integrating them seamlessly with the existing style.
• Re-shape the top merging element so it bends upward in a smooth curve, maintaining consistent stroke and curvature with the rest of the network.

Deliver a layered .ai file (Illustrator 2022-compatible) and an SVG export. All paths must remain editable, with no embedded bitmaps, and colours left in the current CMYK palette for easy print use.
