Remote Government Bid & Tender Specialist (US SAM.gov / Canada CanadaBuys) – Long-Term
We are HMI Savers Inc., a supplier of US-made commercial goods to government buyers in the USA and Canada. We need an experienced bid specialist to find tenders, price them, and submit winning bids.
What you will do:
- Search SAM.gov and CanadaBuys daily for RFQs/tenders in our product categories
- Read solicitations and list key requirements (deadlines, specs, Buy American / TAA, delivery)
- Get quotes from US & Candaian manufacturers and distributors
- Build price sheets using our margin rules
- Prepare complete, compliant bids for our approval and submission
- Track all bids (submitted / won / lost) in a shared sheet
Requirements:
- 1+ year real experience bidding on SAM.gov or Canadian government tenders (share examples)
- Understand RFQ, RFP, NAICS/PSC codes, set-asides, Buy American / TAA
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet and 6–7 hours overlap with US Eastern time
Long-term role ro short term depending upon candiate skills
