Social Media Recruiting Assistant

I need an extra set of proactive hands to hunt for entry-level talent right away. You’ll spend most of your time inside LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, searching profiles, joining relevant groups, and sending friendly outreach messages to people who look like a match for our open junior roles.

Here’s how the workflow usually goes:

• You receive a short brief describing the ideal candidate profile.
• You run targeted searches or hashtag sweeps on the three platforms, skim bios, and shortlist anyone who fits.
• You craft a personalised initial message (I’ll share templates) and send it from our branded account.
• You track responses in a simple Google Sheet so I can move interested candidates to the next step.

Speed is important—ideally you can start within a day or two and keep a steady stream of prospects coming. Prior recruiting experience isn’t required; what matters is comfort navigating social media, good written English, and the confidence to start conversations with strangers online.
