Urgent — Structural Engineer Needed for a Two-Storey Confined-Masonry House

I am looking for an experienced structural engineer to review and optimize the design of a two-storey confined-masonry house (ground floor plus one upper floor), approximately 24 m × 12 m, located in Cance, Les Cayes, Haiti.

I will provide a 2D AutoCAD DWG file containing the architectural plans and a preliminary structural layout. The design must prioritize structural safety—particularly seismic and hurricane resistance—followed by cost optimization without compromising performance.

Locally available materials:

* 150 mm and 200 mm concrete blocks;
* 1/2-inch and 3/8-inch Grade 40 reinforcing bars.

Required deliverables:

* Gravity-load calculations and load combinations;
* Seismic and wind analysis;
* Verification according to CNBH 2025, applicable Haitian requirements, and ACI standards, particularly ACI 318;
* Review and design of foundations, columns, confined-masonry tie-columns, tie-beams, structural beams, and slabs;
* Justified recommendation between 150 mm and 200 mm blocks;
* Complete structural calculation report;
* Detailed structural and reinforcement drawings in PDF and AutoCAD DWG formats;
* Material takeoff for concrete, reinforcement, blocks, mortar, and formwork;
* Recommendations concerning the geotechnical information required to finalize the foundation design.

Budget: CAD 500–1,500.

Deadline: Sunday, September 6, no later than 4:00 p.m., Haiti time (UTC−4).
