YouTube Growth Strategy for Ilm-e-rah

I run a Hindi/Hinglish YouTube channel (Ilm-e-rah, @Ilm-e-rah-official)
with word-by-word Quran tafsir. My Shorts get good views, but my long
videos are not getting enough reach or watch time. My goal is sustainable,
organic long-form growth.

Test videos: my two latest long videos (Surah Humazah, Surah Kausar).

Milestones :
1. Audit : audit of my long videos. Every finding must be backed
by data or a timestamp (e.g. "retention drops at 15:00"). Each finding
comes with one test idea. Opinions without evidence will not be accepted.
2. Packaging test : 3 title/thumbnail variants each for Humazah
and Kausar. I will run the YouTube A/B test myself.
3. Hook and fix plan : hook + script outline for my next 2 long
videos, plus a short plan for videos that need fixing.
4. Result bonus : released after a 2-week test if watch time /
CTR / first-10% retention improves vs my baseline (organic views only).

Access: Public data first. YouTube Studio Viewer (Limited) access
(view-only, no revenue data, no password) only for the selected freelancer.

Strictly NOT wanted: guaranteed views/subscribers, bots, sub-for-sub,
fake or paid-view services.

Requirements:
- Experience with educational / religious / long-form Hindi channels
- Understands Hindi; I handle all religious content, you advise on
packaging and strategy only
- Past work with real Studio screenshots
