I want a lightweight, ad-free Android application that lets me look up UP Bhulekh land-records from my phone. The scope is deliberately small: the only in-app action is to search records by owner name and show the matching result exactly as it appears on the official site. A minimalist interface—logo, single search field, and a clean results screen—is all I need.
You may implement it in Flutter or in native Android (Kotlin/Java). Under the hood you can either wrap the official website in a well-behaved WebView or call the public endpoints directly; whichever route you choose, the experience must stay fast and free of pop-ups or banners.
No Play Store deployment is required. Just hand over:
• A signed, install-ready APK
• The complete, readable source code with basic build instructions
If the first install launches, accepts an owner name, fetches the correct land-record, and renders it without ads or unnecessary screens, the job is done.
