Promote School ID & Lanyard App

My application lets schools and colleges across India create professional-grade ID cards and matching lanyards, then order finished prints straight from the same dashboard. The goal now is to boost installs and active use by highlighting both the ID card designer and the integrated lanyard design/printing service with equal weight.

Campaign scope
• Social media: I want scroll-stopping creatives and platform-specific messaging for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and, if it makes sense, YouTube Shorts or Reels to reach principals, administrators and purchase committees.
• Email marketing: Segmented drip sequences aimed at school owners, college procurement teams and print-shop resellers, driving them to download the app and start a design within the first email open.
• Search engine advertising: Google Ads (Search & Display) that capture intent-based queries such as “school ID card maker” or “custom lanyard printing India,” steering traffic to a dedicated landing page.

What I need from you
Send a detailed project proposal that walks me through strategy, creative approach, sample ad copy, expected KPIs, timeline and any tool stacks you prefer (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva, Figma). Show me how you will balance promotion for both services, not just one.

Deliverables
• Full campaign plan with audience personas, messaging matrix and channel mix
• Creative assets (static, video, HTML email templates) ready for deployment
• Ad platform build-outs and tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, GA4 events)
• Weekly performance reports and a final wrap-up with growth metrics

Acceptance criteria
The campaign should generate measurable increases in app downloads, completed ID card designs and confirmed print orders for lanyards within the first 30 days.
