Android Productivity App Development

I need an Android-only mobile application that functions as a set of productivity tools. The core aim is to help users organise their day efficiently through features such as task creation, reminders, prioritisation and quick-look dashboards. Design should feel light, responsive and consistent with current Material You guidelines so that the app sits naturally on recent Android devices.

Code can be written in Kotlin or Java, but it must compile cleanly in the latest stable release of Android Studio. All interface assets should scale gracefully across common screen sizes, and any data that the app stores locally must do so using Room or another well-structured persistence layer. If you suggest a lightweight cloud sync option, outline how you would secure it.

Deliverables

• Setup/compile instructions and one-page user guide
• Two-week window for minor post-launch bug fixes

Successful completion means I can install the bundle on a stock Android device, create tasks, receive notifications at scheduled times and view an at-a-glance productivity summary without crashes or noticeable lag.
