UK Rental Advertising Assistant

I need someone based in the UK to keep my rental adverts performing at their best on OpenRent, SpareRoom and Gumtree. Each day (it rarely takes more than half an hour) you will:

• Refresh or tweak the live listings so they stay prominent
• Reply quickly and politely to every tenant enquiry
• Pass genuinely interested leads straight to me on WhatsApp

That’s it—simple but time-critical work. You will earn £50 for every tenancy that completes, so your income rises with each successful let. The hours are completely flexible and the job is fully remote, but you must be comfortable working in the UK time zone and have excellent written English.

A good eye for headline wording, basic familiarity with the three platforms’ messaging dashboards, and a smartphone with WhatsApp are the only tools required. I will supply photos, property details and clear letting criteria; you focus on keeping the adverts visible and the conversation flowing.
