I buy trucks exclusively through online auction platforms and need a dependable virtual assistant to streamline the process. Your main focus will be twofold: first, digging into each listing to uncover the truck’s background, and second, engaging with the seller to secure the best possible deal and ensure smooth hand-off once I win the bid.

Research duties
For every truck I flag, I’ll give you the auction link. You’ll verify the vehicle’s history and current condition using the resources you trust (Carfax, AutoCheck, service-record databases, etc.) and build quick price comparisons against recently sold, similar units so I can judge whether the asking figure is fair.

Seller communication
After the research comes outreach. You will contact the seller through the auction’s messaging system or by phone when available, negotiate the purchase price when bidding rules allow, and, once we agree on a number, coordinate payment terms and delivery or pickup details. Clear, prompt updates to me are essential so decisions can be made in real time.

Key deliverables for each truck
• Concise report summarizing history, condition notes, and three comparable sale prices
• Transcript or notes of all communication with the seller, including negotiated figures
• Confirmed payment and delivery plan when a purchase is finalized
