I have a batch of text-only information that needs to be lifted from various source documents and placed into the correct fields of an Excel spreadsheet. The task is entirely copy-paste—no numerical work or formulas—so attention to detail and consistent formatting matter most.

What I will provide:
• Clearly marked source files (PDFs and Word documents)
• A pre-formatted Excel template with the exact columns to populate
• Written naming and style guidelines so everything stays uniform

What I need from you:
• Copy each text snippet into the matching cell without altering wording or punctuation
• Double-check for missing entries, extra spaces, or line-break issues
• Save and return the file in both .xlsx and .csv formats when finished
• Keep all information confidential

The first batch is approximately 3,000 rows. If this goes smoothly, I have more data waiting, so accuracy and punctual delivery could lead to repeat work.
