Instructions
1. Physical Visit to the Institute:
- Visit the institute physically at the given address in Viedma, Argentina
- Take at least 10–15 geotagged photographs of the institute, including clear photographs of the name/signboard captured from outside the building and, preferably, photographs from inside the premises as well.
- Download and use the geotagged photography application from www.gpsmapcamera.com.
2. Verification Form
- Get the verification form properly filled, signed, and stamped by the HR representative or another relevant authorised person at the institute.
3. Verifier Details
Obtain and record the following details of the person completing/verifying the form:
- Full Name
- Designation
- Department
- Contact Number/Contact Details
4. Procedure in Case of Refusal
- If the institute refuses to fill out the verification form, request a written refusal statement, duly signed or stamped, explaining the reason for refusal.
- If they are unwilling to provide a written refusal, request permission to record their verbal statement/reason for refusal and obtain their:
- Name
- Designation
- Contact Details
- If neither a written nor recorded refusal is possible, obtain the details of the person contacted, including their name, designation, contact number, and visiting card, if available.
5. If the Institute Is Not Found at the Given Address:
- If the institute cannot be located at the provided address:
- Take 7–8 geotagged photographs showing the exact address/location, including the surroundings, left-side and right-side name boards/signage.
- Record a short video of a few seconds clearly showing the address and surrounding location.
- Obtain details of a nearby business/person who can confirm whether the institution existed at that location or not. Record:
- Person's Name
- Business Name
- Contact Number
6. Name/Signboard Discrepancy:
- Ensure that the name mentioned on the verification document matches the name displayed on the signboard of the authority/institute being visited.
- If there is any discrepancy between the names, ask the authorised person for the reason.
- Request them to either:
- Write a one-line explanation for the discrepancy on the verification form, or
- Provide a BRC (Business Registration Certificate) or other appropriate supporting document.
7. Verification Before Leaving the Site:
- Carefully check the completed verification form before leaving the premises.
- Ensure that the following information is consistent with the certificate:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Designation
The information on the form and certificate must match exactly.
8. Check All Form Fields
- Ensure that all required fields on the verification form have been properly completed.
- Check that there are no missing details, blank mandatory fields, incorrect information, or incomplete signatures/stamps.
9. Communication During the Visit
- Maintain regular communication with me throughout the visit.
- Keep me updated regarding the progress of the visit, any issues encountered, and any discrepancies or refusals before leaving the location.
