Translate PDF to English WAV

I have several PDF documents written in other languages that I need rendered in clear, natural-sounding English. Your task is two-step: first, translate each PDF’s text to English (Google Translate or a comparable tool is fine as a base, but please polish the result so it reads smoothly); second, convert that final English text into spoken-word audio and supply it as individual WAV files—one file per source document.

Please keep the audio free of background noise, properly normalized, and ready for immediate use.
