I have more than fifty PDF documents that need a meticulous pass for general spelling corrections. Every file must come back to me looking exactly the way it does now—layout, fonts, tables, images—only without the typos.
You’re free to use the tools you trust most (Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, Nitro, OCR workflows, even InDesign for complex layouts); what matters is that the finished PDFs remain fully editable and searchable.
Deliverables
• Corrected version of each PDF, same filename with “_final” appended
• A brief change log for any tricky words you weren’t 100 % certain about
I’ll review a sample file first; once that’s approved, you can move straight through the full batch. Consistent accuracy and respect for the original formatting will be my acceptance criteria.
