Transcribe PDF Text & Images

I have a PDF that combines body text with embedded images and I need everything moved into a clean, editable Word document (.docx). Every sentence from the source should appear in the same order it does now, and each image needs to be extracted and placed roughly where it belongs in the flow of the text so the final file mirrors the original layout as closely as Word will allow.

Please keep the original spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks intact—no rewriting, just faithful transcription. If you notice minor typos in the source, flag them with a comment rather than changing them outright.

Deliverables
• One fully formatted Word document containing all transcribed text and the corresponding images.
• A separate folder with the extracted images in their original resolution for future reference.
