Translate Norwegian Audio Clips

I have two Norwegian audio files that, together, run a little longer than half an hour. I need the spoken content translated accurately into English and then rerecorded as a clean, well-paced audio track that matches the original timing closely enough for easy reference.

You will need to:
• Draft a clear written translation first so we can confirm terminology and tone.
• Record the final English narration in high-quality WAV or MP3, free of background noise and pronounced in a neutral accent.

Please keep any pauses or emphases that carry meaning, but feel free to smooth out filler words that do not. If something in the source is unintelligible, flag the time stamp instead of guessing.

Let me know the microphone and software you plan to use, plus your estimated turnaround time. A short sample (15–30 seconds) from the beginning of one clip will be required before I give the go-ahead for the rest of the project.
