Remote Paralegal or Lawyer

You will handle document review and drafting for ongoing matters that call for precise, court-ready work. The focus is on two categories—legal memorandums and litigation documents—both of which must be revised where drafts already exist and created from scratch when no prior version is available.

Scope of work
• Review existing memorandums and pleadings, tighten language, verify citations, and ensure each document aligns with current procedural rules.
• Draft fresh memorandums and litigation filings from my research notes or fact patterns, presenting clear arguments and proper supporting authority.
• Track edits in Word, maintain version control, and return clean finals alongside redlines.

Research access to Westlaw or LexisNexis and solid familiarity with state of georgia civil procedure will be is a bonus .
