Transcribe Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a set of handwritten notes that need to be turned into a clean, editable Microsoft Word document. Please type the content exactly as it appears, but correct any spelling and grammar along the way so the final copy reads smoothly. Whenever a word or section is impossible to decipher, simply leave a clear blank space for me to fill in later—no guessing, and no highlighting required.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the pages. Work directly in Word, using the default style settings unless a particular formatting choice in the notes clearly calls for something different (for example, an obvious title or sub-heading). Otherwise, standard paragraphs are fine.

Deliverables:
• One .docx file containing the fully transcribed text, with corrected spelling/grammar
• Blank spaces left wherever handwriting is unreadable, ready for me to review

This is a straightforward data-entry task, but accuracy matters more than speed. If you spot any pages that look out of order or appear to be missing, flag them in a brief comment at the end of the document.
