I have a batch of printed / scanned pages that must be converted into a fully editable Word file. The goal is to reproduce every bit of text, all headings, and each table exactly as they appear, but leave out any images, stamps, handwritten notes, or signatures that may be present on the originals.

Accuracy and clean formatting are essential. Headings should use Word’s built-in styles so I can update the document easily later, and tables need to be created with proper cell structure—not pasted screenshots. I’ll review the final .docx for fidelity against the source pages, so please proof-read as you go and keep an eye out for stray line breaks or OCR-style mistakes.

Deliverables:
• One .docx file containing retyped text, correctly styled headings, and recreated tables
• A brief note confirming pages completed and any uncertainties you encountered

If you’re experienced with document production and have an eye for detail, I’m ready to get started as soon as you are.
