Handwritten Notes Word List Entry

I’m pulling together a typed record of several pages of handwritten notes and need them transferred into a single Microsoft Word file. Simply turn each distinct sentence or thought into its own numbered item, letting the numbering run continuously from start to finish.

I will share high-resolution scans of the notes. Most words are clear, but when you run into something that looks uncertain, make your best reasonable guess based on the surrounding context instead of leaving it blank. Accuracy and a tidy, consistent format are what matter most; no extra styling is necessary beyond the numbered list that Word generates automatically.
